Warranty

Because the European Umbrella is extremely well constructed—almost incapable of being turned inside out in even the strongest wind conditions—we do not expect that our customers will find any defects in our products. However, we offer a 30-day exchange period for any defective merchandise.


Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your European Umbrella, you may return it within 14 days. As each umbrella is hand assembled for your satisfaction, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds; we will be happy to issue a store credit toward the purchase of another European Umbrella. Merchandise returned for credit must be in absolutely new condition.


Shipping

Once we have processed payment, we will ship your umbrella via UPS. We restock each hand-assembled umbrella weekly; should our stock become temporarily depleted, your order will ship within two to three weeks, pending restocking from Europe. In the event there is any delay with your order, one of our representatives will contact you via email.


Special Orders

Because Swan Court prides itself on providing its clients with superior customer service, we are happy to accommodate special requests and custom orders of 12 items or more. With 37 available colors and a wide range of trims, our craftsmen are often able to modify their designs to satisfy even the most discerning clients. Custom logos are also available.
